Hosting — what does ‘managed’ mean?
We run everything for you: the server, software updates, caching, and monitoring. You never touch a control panel unless you want to. If something breaks, we fix it.
Backups — how often, and can I restore?
Every plan is backed up daily (Premium hourly). We keep multiple restore points, so if anything goes wrong we can roll your site back fast — no data lost.
Security — how do you protect my site?
Free SSL on every site, automatic security updates, and Cloudflare protection against attacks and bad traffic. We monitor uptime around the clock.
Domains — do I need one, and who owns it?
You can bring an existing domain or we’ll help you register one. Either way the domain is registered in your name and you own it outright.
Email — do you provide business email?
Yes. The Email Setup Spread configures Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your domain. Mailbox subscriptions are billed by the provider; we handle the setup.
SEO — will my site show up on Google?
Every build ships search-ready. Business and Premium plans include local SEO, and the SEO Boost and Analytics Spreads add deeper optimization and reporting.
Support — how do I reach you?
By email and chat. Basic gets standard support, Business gets priority, and Premium gets our fastest response times. Real humans, not a phone tree.
Ownership — is the website mine?
Yes, completely. You own your website, your content, and your domain. If you ever leave, we hand over your files. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
